Wax On Tap Reservations Wax On Tap is our signature walk-in candle-making expeRHEEnce. Walk-ins are always welcome, and reservations are encouraged for guests who would like to secure a seat. A $10 non-refundable reservation deposit per person is required to reserve a seat. The deposit will be applied toward that guest’s final candle purchase at the time of the experience. The reservation deposit does not represent the full cost of the candle. Candle pricing is based on the vessel selected during your visit, with vessels starting at $38. Each guest may select and blend up to three fragrances with guidance from an expeRHEEnce Scentologist™. Reservations and deposits are non-refundable. Reservations may be transferred or rescheduled one time with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and approval by expeRHEEnce. Rescheduling requests must be made directly with expeRHEEnce and cannot be completed online. Deposits associated with no-shows or reservations not changed within the required notice period will be forfeited. Please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals do not extend the reserved time or guarantee that your seat can continue to be held. Depending on availability, late arrivals may experience a shortened reservation or be accommodated as a walk-in. Guests age 21 and older may enjoy a complimentary mimosa, or guests may choose a signature hot or iced RHEEfresher™ Tea. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted for Wax On Tap. Candles require approximately two hours to cool and set and may not be ready for immediate take-home. When necessary, pickup instructions will be provided following your experience. Guests must follow all candle-making and safety instructions provided by expeRHEEnce Scentologists™, particularly when working around hot wax and candle-making equipment. expeRHEEnce reserves the right to modify or end an experience if guest conduct creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the experience of others. Reservation availability is subject to seating capacity and operating hours. A reservation secures your seat for the scheduled time but does not constitute a private booking of the candle bar.
