Refunds, Exchange and Return Policy

At expeRHEEnce, a Candle Bar ®, our mission is to create meaningful, joy-filled moments—one candle at a time. To make sure every guest has a positive and intentional experience, we’ve outlined the following policies regarding bookings, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

 

Workshop Bookings & Class Credits

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for workshop bookings or experiences. If you're unable to attend your scheduled session, you will be issued a class credit equal to the amount paid. Credits are:

    • Valid for 12 months

    • Transferable

    • Redeemable for any of our candle-pouring experiences (Wax on Tap or Private Pour)

  • Late arrivals disrupt the vibe. We offer a 10-minute grace period, after which you’ll need to reschedule. If you anticipate being late, please do not enter the session mid-class—we’ll be happy to rebook you for another time.

  • If we cancel a class for any reason, a full refund or class credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

 

Retail Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase—but if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Gift Cards

    • Custom-poured candles

    • Final Sale or Misfit Candles

    • Products with visible wear or that have been burned

 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@experheence.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

 

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package each order, but if your candle arrives damaged or unusable, please email info@experheence.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on your preference and product availability.

 

For in-store purchases, please return the damaged item in person within 5 business days of purchase for review and resolution.

 

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello@experheence.com with your request and photo documentation, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Important Reminders

  • Candles that have been used or burned are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Class credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied toward retail items.
