Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, milestone, hosting a corporate gathering, or simply bringing your favorite people together, Book the Bar | Full Pour expeRHEEnce gives your group exclusive access to our entire first-floor candle bar for a private, three-hour experience. Designed for 10–16 guests, your group will be guided by our expeRHEEnce Scentologists™ as each guest creates a custom candle and blends a fragrance uniquely their own. Cancellation Policy
Book the Bar | Full Pour expeRHEEnce Book the Bar is a private, three-hour candle-making expeRHEEnce for 10–20 guests, with three expeRHEEnce Scentologists™ guiding your group. Pricing is $65 per participating guest, with a 10-person minimum. A 50% non-refundable payment is required at booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance and final guaranteed guest count are due five (5) days before the event. Once submitted, the final guest count may not be reduced. Charges are based on the guaranteed headcount regardless of actual attendance. Approved additions are subject to capacity and must be paid before the event. A 20% service charge is added to Book the Bar reservations and distributed among the Scentologists servicing your event. Additional gratuity is not required. Your reservation includes a three-hour private event block. Late arrival does not extend your scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed and requires approval. If approved, overtime is $100 per additional 30 minutes or portion thereof. Each participating guest creates a custom candle with guidance from a Scentologist™. Candles require approximately two hours to cool and set and will not be ready for immediate take-home. Pickup instructions will be provided after the event. All reservations and payments are non-refundable. Reservations may be transferred or rescheduled one time when requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event, subject to availability and approval by expeRHEEnce. The rescheduled event must occur within 90 days of the original event date. Requests made fewer than seven (7) days before the event are not eligible for transfer, rescheduling, refund or credit. Once transferred or rescheduled, no additional changes are permitted. All requests must be made directly with expeRHEEnce. Outside food is permitted in designated areas. Outside vendors—including caterers, decorators, photographers, DJs and other service providers—require advance approval from expeRHEEnce. Decorations may not damage the space, furniture, fixtures or equipment. Glitter, confetti, open flames and damaging adhesives are prohibited. Optional enhancements, including the Champagne Wall, CharcuteRHEE Cart, gift or dessert displays, may be added for an additional charge and are subject to availability. Guests must follow all safety instructions. expeRHEEnce reserves the right to modify or end an event due to unsafe, disruptive or damaging conduct.
