At expeRHEEnce, a Candle Bar​®, we believe in pouring back into the community. That’s why we’re proud to offer a fundraising program designed to support the organizations, schools, and causes that matter most to you. If it’s close to your heart, we want to help you light the way.

How It Works

Partnering with us is simple, impactful, and fun. Choose a weekday (Monday through Wednesday) and invite your supporters to come pour candles or shop our studio. For every purchase made in-store that day and attributed to your fundraiser, we’ll donate 20% of net sales back to your organization.

It’s your job to spread the word. The more people you bring in, the more funds you raise.

What's Included:

• A full-day fundraiser from 11 AM – 8 PM

• Available Monday–Wednesday, year-round (excluding December)

• A custom flyer you can use to promote your event on social media and via email

• A donation of 20% of net attributed sales, mailed as a check within 6–8 weeks

Reservation Requirement

To participate, we ask that you reserve a group pour for at least 8 guests on the day of your fundraiser. It’s a great way to anchor your event, guarantee some turnout, and ensure your supporters get to enjoy the full expeRHEEnce. Each guest pays individually—no upfront costs or commitments needed.

When guests shop or pour on behalf of your cause, they’ll simply mention the name of your organization or fundraiser at checkout. We’ll take it from there.

After Your Fundraiser

You’ll receive a donation check totaling 20% of your attributed net sales. Please note:

• A minimum of $100 in donations (equivalent to $500 in net sales) is required to receive a check.

• No-shows or low turnout may result in no donation being issued.

• We rely on your promotion and participation to make the program a success!
